location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Two very comfortable bedrooms so as a whole cheaper than having two hotel rooms, but also get lounge and fully equipped kitchen! Would definatly use this chain again - shame they dont have one in London. Would highly recomend. - The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The apartment was fab had all mod cons and was very clean. The location of the apartments couldnt have been better, with only being a stones throw away from the shops, bars and attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.
