  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.
