An additional GBP 35 charge is applicable for arrivals outside the listed check-in hours. Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability. If check-in takes place before 11:00, an additional charge equivalent to 100% of the daily rate is applicable. If the check-in takes place between 11:00 and 14:00, an additional charge equivalent to 50% of the daily rate is applicable. Please note that a GBP 300 security damage is requested upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of the stay subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Only guests names on the reservation information will be permitted to stay in the apartment. Parties, gatherings and loud music are not permitted. Guests are required to show valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. If the guest is not the cardholder, the cardholder must be present upon check-in and also the card used for booking and valid photo ID. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. If this condition is broken, a GBP 250 fine will be charged. Linen and towels are not changes for stays of 7 days or less.
