However check-in at the studios can be pre-arranged if ID and payments are confirmed. Please note that smoking and parties are not allowed in the building. Guests should kindly note that keys will not be released earlier than 14:00. Please note further that on Monday to Friday check-in is possible from 14:00-19:00 and on Saturdays from 14:00-16:00. No check-ins on Sunday is possible. Late check-ins are only possible upon prior confirmation by the property and for a £30 surcharge. Check-out after 11:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50.00 an hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note that Special Requests incur a GBP 30.00 fee. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 85-87 Bayham Street, NW1 0AG London. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Stay Aparts -Liverpool Street Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
