The property requires a copy of official photo identification and the card used to reserve the booking upon arrival (which must match the name on the reservation). For same-day arrivals, copies must be sent to the property via email. This property does not permit parties. The maximum occupancy number must not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence that these rules were breached and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guests' expense. Please note there is a late check in fee of GBP 30.00 for check in after 18:00. Late check-in needs to be arranged prior to arrival. Please note that there is a fee of GBP 30 for check-ins on Saturdays or Sundays. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
