nice room, cheap for the night, looks good. cant go wrong, had a really good weekend!. Big and nice rooms, clean, dicrete hotel staff. The location is wonderful - very close to the center and on a streetfull of bars and restaurants, though the room was quiet. The room wasvery clean, warm, big with a nice new bathroom. I would definitelyrecommend this hotel. A bus number 139 stops few steps from hotel andgoes 24 hours a day from the center!. I have stayed there now for the 3rd time and i love it, it is new, close to both the underground and overground train stations in a good neighborhood.the studio rooms had great facilities for a kitchen. The kitchen in the room. very convenient. Great location in West Hampstead and very close to the tube. The small kitchenette came in very handy for breakfast, tea, coffee... small dinners.. etc. Room was reasonably quiet considering the location. Overall, really nice and great value for the price. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to see and do whilst in London, would definately stay here again.the room was really well decorated and for the price i paid,I felt it was really good value for money. Studio apartment nearly fitted, very modern, felt like you were staying in a mini home from home. I thought the room was lovely. Great value for money and the kitchenette is very convenient. blue light in the toilet! the kitchen in the cupboard. The room was new and very clean and well presented. Proximity to Hamstead Village. Room comfortable and warm. We loved the area the hotel was in. The room and bathroom were both veryspacious - especially for London! Not a bad walk to the tube, very closeto bus stops.Large room, comfortable, unusual setting, breakfast available in room, excellent internet connection,. Good location, close to tube, comfortable room. the ease of transport and location. location, kitchen in the room. Great value accomodation for a couple in London. Location was good - 5mins walk from tube, good tube/bus links in to the centre, and at theend of a nice high street with some great cafes and restaurants. Theroom was a good size with a very comfy and large bed; the bathroom wasmore of an ensuite but with a very good shower. Place offered luggagestow facilities after check-out too. The whole building looked new and clean. We booked a deluxe double suite. It was clean, fairly spacious, well lit, air-conditioned and very modern looking. Mini-kitchen with hotplate, microwave and sink. Dimmer switch. White walls, white bed linen. Soft blue light in the bathroom which was great for not blinding yourself in the middle of the night!. big room with newly renovated bathroom / aircondition for summer stayings. spacious accommodation, good facilities, good location.Quiet Room, Good Rate, Good Location. Big, clean room, everything works. Cleanliness and comfort. nice area. Nice room with very good location in West Hampstead. The suite was a 5 minute walk to the underground station and once on the tube central London was less than 10 minutes away. Really good selection of restaurants nearby too. The Room was comfortable and there were plenty of shops, restaurants and Cafes available to purchase Food. Tube station was well situated when we didnt have luggage to carry and the Room was comfortable and clean. Lovely area, plenty of bars and restaurants within seconds of leavingthe apartment complex, tube station within 6-7 minutes walking distance, relatively quiet area. Top notch. Good service and quiet place. I liked that there was kitchen (studio) in the room.Easy to check in, room was cleaned very well every day, fresh towels, good facilities - fridge, hob, micorwave, kettle, toaster. Good shower.
I liked the location, lot of nice places to eat and drink nearby.
A fair way from central London ( zone 2 ) but easy bus and tube journey.
Cheap and much more roomy than something closer in.
I walked in one day and it was quite a pleasant walk though took me about 90 mins to get to the office in Regent St. Location and price. Nice room... privacy. convenience, surprisingly pleasant location, quite cosmopolitan and felt very safe. Although on main road it was not noisy at all. Cheap accommodation with no frills. Ideal if you just need somewhere to stay for the night that's modern and clean.Nice area, relatively peaceful, a lot of shops and restaurants for all tastes, tube and overground nearby. Located in an area with lots of restaurants. Great location, clean rooms. Transport links. Location was good for us - we were staying near friends in West Hampstead and it was very handy and made our stay work really well. The locality is good for being close to relatives and transport connections. location, price size of the room and design. Clean, modern room. Comfortable.only thing says breakfast, which means some croissants, but we had a kitchen so just used that to cook breakfast!. there is no elevator. They have raised the price by 20 pounds, this was not really a good thing for me, but if it goes up any more, I may change to a different place to stay. the fact that the studio apartment did not come with a bath tub. but the deluxe rooms came with both the shower and bath tubs. Not fair.Room a bit noisy. Bathroom was a little tight, but to be expected considering the other pluses and trade-offs.The staff did not speak english very well and we were awaken at 8 30 by an accidental fire alarm. We got a discount in the end. The room we had was on the main road and so tended to be a bit noisy - but I guess that's London for you!. There was no hotel phone available so I had to call reception on my mobile which meant I was incurring peak rate roaming charges. size of tv, and distance from bed, we couldn't see it well!. The shower had no door, which meant the bathroom floor got drenched. I think they are still in the process of decorating. Need more pillows and extra bedside reading lamp. A lot of traffic up to midnught. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast - very sub-par. Theyleft stale bread and cheese in a little fridge in our room every day forthe next morning. We ended up just eating out. Not a huge deal...but theone downside (it wasn't what they said it would be). sheets are not clean. Upon arrival there were dirty towels on the bed. cleaning in the room could be done better. We believe it depens on staff. floor cover need to be replaced (or changed) as there are dirty spots on it. one can clearly hear what is goin on in the next room. Minor point but on the opposite side of the high street was a firestation and a couple of times we were woken during the night by sirens.Common in London I expect and easily solved with ear-plugs!. There was a little bit of noise from the street outside, but it was not a huge issue. On a couple of days, we awoke to find an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was quickly cleared by putting the fan on. For the the price and location, 291 Suites is an excellent bargain and a pleasant stay. front side rooms were a bit noisy from the traffic / thin walls / no noise reducing-windows // but staff was very kind and let us change rooms. lot of noise from road but usual in London. Bath water ran too slowly and the shower leaked. The bathroom didn't seem to have been finished to a high standard. Some noise from downstairs restaurant. Noise from room above me - sqeaky floorboards and bathroom extractor fan. The toilet was very small (the type you might find in an en suite). As a 6ft 1" man in good shape I found this difficult to use. A slightly 'larger' person wouldn't stand a chance!!!!!!. If you book at the 291 suites you wont necessarily get to stay in the 291 suites and will pay the same price for a 3* room instead of the 4* at the 291. The Breakfast is just a few Croissants in the fridge and with no facility to warm them they are inedible.Alot of Road noise from police and fire stations very nearby. Bathroom not for people who dont like very small spaces. Front door to the complex was not locked (it was on a latch that wasgaffer taped open) , air con didn't work too well. I'd really wanted a bath and they said none of the apartments have them.
Some people would probably find it too noisy, the sound proofing isn't great so I expect it depends who you have next door. There are not enough pillows on the bed.The late staff are not very customer centric as they gave no feedback on what they could assist with rooms and changes requested. Breakfast is not 2-3 old croissants in the room's fridge.only 1 key available despite a request for a second. There was no toilet seat as pointed out to your staff. carpet was badly stained and there was an awful smell in bathroom, we had to leave extractor fan on all the time. Also bag of rubbish left in room (which included used sanitary towels-not nice. Cups were dirty as well. Gives the appearance that since it has been built any maintenance work has been done very cheaply. ie they have repainted the stairs but let the paint splashes go on the floor.Walls too thin, one can hear everything going on in other appartments;. Room was a little small. Is a "studio suite" a small hotel room with a fridge and microwave in the closet?. Small room and there had been a leak under the boiler which had left an unsightly mark on the wall. . There was no land line telephone in the room and mobile phone reception was very band and intermittent. It was right on West End Lane which is a noisy street - air con didnt work which wasnt too bad for us. It would be very hot in summer and noisy with windows open. Pillows are too thin and not enough of them. Also replenishment of tea milk etc was not done and we had to buy these ourselves. noise in particular Pigeon which lives close to the windows. This was not really a hotel. It was a bloke, working from an office, letting out rooms (which were in a completely different building). Unnerving at first, especially as there was no warning of this at booking. Also, few hitches with the payment but this was easily sorted.
