  The hotel provides an excellent location within London downtown area. Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly enjoy the place either for business or leisure.   The hotel is super clean, both rooms and shared bathrooms. It has a beautiful green terrace and nice breakfast. Very close to metro station and the center of London. Staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our staff in the hotel before check-in and after check-out free of charge. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for just 1 nights stay without spending ridiculous amounts of money for somewhere in central London. Easy to get to London Underground, literally a 5 minute walk to Euston/Euston Square. For the price, I can't complain. Pretty much luxury for a hostel! Definitely will be using the place again.

I also liked that the hotel was open 24/7 so you didn't have to worry about getting back there too late. Another thing that I appreciated were the guards outside when it got late, because it felt more safe. All in all I'm very happy with my stay there and I'd recommend The Generator to anyone going to London - The bar in the hostel is awesome. The general atmosphere of the place is great - definitely the way to go if you want to meet other young people and have a damn good time. Drinks prices in the bar weren't too bad - £2.20 on all drinks (except doubles!) and the kareoke was fun. Staff were very friendly too.

  Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning excursions and with transportantion arrangements. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.
