  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

  The hotel provides an excellent location within London downtown area. Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly enjoy the place either for business or leisure.   The room was warm comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, fuit-salad and fruit juice. A carafe of coffee was beside these, but tea and hot chocolate were available on request. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.
