  We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all.   The location is ideal for Hammersmith Apollo and very easy to get to. We received a warm welcome - even though they had no record of our booking from letsbookhotel.com - luckily they had vacancies and as I had my reservation e-mail they were able to honour the price paid.The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.
