  After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

  Its a really lovely modern apartment and lots of room for a large group. It was very clean, with all of the mod cons that you need for self catering. Its such a great location to get into the city and also good shops, bar and restaurants close by. Its close to Camden Town station, only about 3 minutes on foot, which is really convenient. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
