  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Hope Street Hotle is quiet but just 10 mins from the city centre I would recommend this wholeheartedly - The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming andhelpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea.
