  Our experience of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, fresh, clean, quiet at night and well catered for, food was good and we were very impressed. I will most definitely stay their again when next visiting London, we had a lovely time!! - The staff were cheerful and helpful.   the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.
