  I was surprised by the accomodation, it was not a hotel, as there was no staff in attendance, although they were just a phone call away. but in saying that it was very clean, good location for shops and transport, can be noisey with students, so likened it to an upmarket backpackers.   Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast. Both of them made us feel totally at home and were extremely polite and accommodating. On top of everything and helpful with any request!! Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise!   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.
