The staff are exceptionally polite and professional, giving a personlised service on every encounter. Andre on reception was especially helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.   The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided. It is very centrally situated and easy to reach by both bus and train. The staff were happy to look aft - Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel.   Sijainti hyvä. - The staff was very polite and helpful. The view was really nice. The food in the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoied our stay there. - When we arrived the hotel, they offered an upgrade of a room with breakfast. Swimming pool with steam sauna was wonderful as well.

  Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Although we had booked room only, because we were there for the London Marathon, the hotel provided fruit, a cereal bar and L - Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and
