  We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh.   Rob and Vicky made us feel welcome from the minute we made the booking, they were able to provide information that made our travel arrangements work better. It was no problem for them to allow us to arrive mid morning, Rod showed us a map of the city and was able to provide useful local knowledge throughout the whole of our stay.   The staff was excellent especially Claudia-who was exceedingly helpful in finding a tour for us to the Highlands and Loch Ness last minute. The tour left very early and she arranged for an early breakfast even though they weren't open for breakfast yet.   Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent.
