  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  Fantastic, well appointed accommodation. We were lucky enough to have a south-west facing apartment overlooking the river and enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and very quiet. Merchants Quay was about a 15 minute walk away, and the Town Centre a similar distance in the other directi... mitä ihmiset sanovat » on. We didn't get chance to enjoy the leisure facilities but they looked very good. - Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

  Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights.
