However, my superior room was so exquisitely touched by the hotel designers, which even compensated - I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.

  I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. - Excellent Location! Cafetiere in the room. Good maid service daily. Helpful and friendly staff.

  Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building. Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters. Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c... mitä ihmiset sanovat » lean it ourselves. I do not recommend it at all. Thirdly, the - I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and will definetely be staying there again.
