location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We got a great deal. The staff were very helpful, the 24 hour reception was very reassuring as it meant you could always get help with issues if any arose. Our property was safely secured in the room and they had a good luggage storage facility that was very useful for when we wanted to get out and see the city before and after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, you couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyon

Staff were ever so friendly and helpful, they spent ages trying to find a restaurant that played live music while we dined. the food at the hotel was fantastic I dont normally order order steak cooked rare outside of home normally medium rare as a precaution but i did there and it was cooked perfectly its the second time me and the wife have stayed there and no doubt there will be a third

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

We arrived on sunday, and left on wednesday. Room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was very friendly. We slept very good (no loud noises or anything). It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.
