  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Aamupala runsas. - Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone. - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

  I really enjoyed our stay at L3. Water Street is in walking distance of Mathew Street and all the main shopping areas. The apartment was spotless when we got there and was set up beautifully. Recommend this Apartment to anyone. - Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location on a quiet street but close to everything, great value for money
