  The room I stayed in again was a wonderful size. The staff are alwaysfriendly and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed here andwould have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. - We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who allocated a lovely room with great view.   The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble , my husband was in Bristol hospital and we come from Cornwall the staff told us what buses to catch where from etc times I was so great full and if I needed the room for another night just let them know from sheenabough - Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant staff very helpful, enthusiastic ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and keen to help at breakfast time - it was the morning of the big storm so everyone late coming into breakfast so very busy at 10am but staff were cheery and efficient.

  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. I was put in a disabled access room so the bathroom... mitä ihmiset sanovat » was large with a lovely big shower. Shower power was really good and hot water readily available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.
