  The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us.   Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!
