  The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, they assisted in parking our car in the very small car park. The room although small was clean and the bathroom cleaner and of a higher standard than some bigger higher quality hotels. The breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakfast.   We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

We booked studio and the upgraded to two bed room apartment (free of charge) also, they agreed to give a late checkout until 2:00 PM. The apartment has free WiFi.   The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. You go to a hotel to sleep, not lo - Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition.   This is a very good hotel's choice: few minutes from Waterloo underground station and around 10 minutes walking up to London Eye. The room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there.
