  I am disabled and don't get out of the house very often. and very rare get a good nights sleep. the comfort of the room and bed was excelent .I had the best sleep the night I stayed at the Hilton that I have had in months . a wonderful hotel.   I liked the bar and restaurant, swimming pool and leisure centre and the tastefully decorated reception and bar area. Very helpful and genuinely nice staff on reception and in bar and restaurant and the price for the room was very good value when you consider for the standard of the hotel and its excellent facilities. - The hotel is modern and well... mitä ihmiset sanovat » equipped. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities and the staff attentive without being intrusive. The gym and pool were clean and easy to use. Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre are a genuine and gentle 15 - 20 minute walk away.

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  I was too late for the restaurant but the bar provided a very nice choice, I had tuna salad sanwich and a glass of wine, just right. The room was fine and the bath and hot water lovely. The wake up call was on time and the hotel suited my purpose.
