  I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
