  A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy.   The bar, restaurant, lounge and locker area were absolutely amazing! They were places that welcomed a single traveller and really encouraged them to start chatting with other people in the hostel. Also, the staff really were excellent, always smiling, extremely friendly, with such a genuine "can do" attitude. 10/10 al - Breakfast was simple but fine. The hostel was for girls only and therefore quiet and clean. There was lots of space in the room (compared to other same type of hostels) and there were lockers for everyone under the beds. Free wi-fi in the room. For that price it was perfect!

  Nice staff, very friendly, very clean, excellent for a night. Pub in cellar, quite loud but just far enough so it didn't really bother us. Breakfast very basic but okay, three large breakfast-tables to cater the many guests. For one night or a weekend it's definitely recommended. Location is great, close to St Pancras/Kings cross. Ideal for backpackers. - Very comfortable, clean, friendly, easy to reach (10 minutes walk from King's Cross St. Pancras) place to stay for sensible money. Nice little free of charge locker (take your own padlock) for money/phone/etc. Little lamp above your bed so no need to disturb other people when you are coming back in the middle of the night. Lovely breakfast (good choice of musli/flakes/etc). Nice big kitchen for your own cooking.

I was happy that the room provided a bed, a desk, and in the halls there was a kitchen with microwave, so it was possible to save money on a study trip to London. Very convenient for the British Library.   We had a fantastic week in St. Cristopher Village. The hostel is in a very central position and it's very simple to move, furthermore the area is not completely dead at night, as it seems for the most of the City, and if your on holiday that matters. We found out that the hostel was surprisingly clean, even though it's completely administered by... mitä ihmiset sanovat » people with less than 30-35 years. We read about dirty everywhere, noise allnight long and rooms with not enough space to move, but we found none of - Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, very simple but good breakfast, great atmosphere. 15 minutes on foot from Big Ben, Tower Bridge and The Tower (however, we walk quite fast so it can take app. 20-25 min.). Underground station "London Bridge" 3 minutes from the hostel. Free internet access (well-working). £35 for one person for two nights in the last weekend of April in London is in my opinion really good price.

  Unforgettable fabulous stay in London Thanks to letsbookhotel.com, I have been fortunate enough to stay at The Hotel Strand Continental for an affordable price, during my recent trip to London. Right next to Somerset House. 5 min walk to Temple underground tube. No frills but no unexpected nasty bits. Tea/coffee in room, towels provided, there was clean bedding. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee as much as you'd like. There was stairs but we didn't mind. We arrived at 10am and our room had already been cleaned so we were told to go straight in. Lovely. Would stay here again
