  Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. The location was excellent, minutes from the tube and close to pubs, restaurants, several parks and the Tower of London. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with amenities.   Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming.
