  The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. the location is excellent close to many attractions and city center. The facilities are very good and in excellent condition. The staff was available when we arrived and was very helpful.

  First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to read. I was impressed that Gene Kelly, Nat King Cole, Jimmy Durante, Roy Rogers ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and would you believe that Trigger even stayed in the hotel. Yes, presidents, princesses and the elite of the world…slept here. I would to thank Laura - This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

  It was really very pleasant experience in the Euro Hostel. All Staff are very much co-operative. I attended the conference in the SECC,Glasgow.SECC is walking distance from the Euro Hostel. Altogether It is an excellent hostel to stay in the Glasgow.   The apartment was really lovely. The beds were really comfortable with Egyptian linen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with some breakfast provisions. Even toilet rolls were a expensive brand! But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.
