  Very relaxing, Friendly welcoming staff. Great atmosphere. Clean rooms. Excellent food and great bar selection. The website was very accurate and the room also included extras such as heated flooring and towel rail.   Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel full of character and charm. I actually like finding the decor a bit dated and the upholstery worn through use (as long as it's clean and it was). It adds to the character of a place and takes you away from the bland decor of the modern chains. - Very pleasant surroundings re decor.
