  Staff extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a very enjoyable one. Plenty of extras; generous supply of biscuits, tea, coffee, milk topped up in room every day. Nice Victorian building, which although being out of Kings Lynn centre, good venue for touring countryside and north Norfolk coast. Fairly cheap.   I was actually on my own BUT with my parents who were really impressed! Dad LOVED being able to chose his pillow!! A seasoned traveller this was something new to him, he swapped it! They both remarked how clean it was. I am a recipient of your offer mails and he was very impressed - Lucy, the receptionist, was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were equally impressed with the fantastic cleanliness of the room, and comfort. It was amazing value for money, and certainly raised my impression of Premier Inn's.
