  When we arrived at the hotel we were greated at reception by happy friendly staff. The quality and presentation of the hotel was outstanding. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was a very pleaurable stay in a beautiful clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very nice and certainly set us up for a good start to the day. We felt special from the minute we walked through the doors! Everywhere was clean and tidy. All the staff were impeccably turned out, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was massive!!! The bedding was clean and fresh.

  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat.   The hotel was very clean, staff extremely helpful and pleasant, breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for the city centre and surrounding area. - The friendliness of all staff from front desk staff to the ladies changing the rooms.
