One of the best B&b's that I have stayed in! I could not recommend it highly enough.Lovely clean immaculate decorations and furnishing and the people so friendly and helpful . the provision of a fridge, toaster, plates, utensils etc for the Complimentary Continental breakfast in your room is a fantastic idea.Items in the room: Apple, banana, cereal bar, five various cereal boxes, white, wholemeal bread, fresh milk, butter, flora, marmalade, jam, 3 varieties cheese, bottle fresh orange juice.

The room has everything from kettle, toaster, fridge plus food and drinks for the following morning's breakfast. It is possible to stay there without seeing anyone. The security code on the front door is a good idea and makes it convenient for everyone. I would recommend this guest house to other people. It is very close to the town centre but on the opposite side of town from the railway station. The no 6. We enjoyed our staying at Grove guest house a lot. Very nice and warm staff. Our room was very clean and comfort, and the guest house is located in a really good place, not far from city centre. For breakfast there were a variety of food from what you can choose to eat whatever you like. We really recommend this guest house as we didn't even expected that it would be such a great place, but it was. Lots of thanks for the owners. :). The owners are really nice people, very hospitable. Room was clean and well designed. Continental breakfast was sufficient and different every day (sometimes we got bananas, sometimes strawberries, ham, cheese, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, butter, etc. ) In room you find a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle so you can easily prepare your breakfast. I really recommend this guest house to everyone!. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my husband, and my mother who is 94. the rooms were on the ground floor and very comfortable, and clean. Carol our host was wonderfully helpfull directing us to a very good resturant and helping us find a new shirt very quickly and putting the ironing board up ready in our room for our hurried return!. The room was very nice and had all I needed. I particularly liked the free Wi-Fi as I was a business guest. Great idea with the breakfast. This would be my first choice to stay - puts the 'chain' hotels to shame. the decor, the welcome (lights on for late arrival), the food provided in the room was far better than my expectations. Generally a fantastic guest house which i have already recommended to friends and family. owner was very nice.The room was great,loved the info pack of the surrounding.its with in a short walk to a range of eating places.would very much stay here again if we were in the area. Ultra Clean,friendly,Plenty of Breakfast supplied in the room with frig,toaster and kettle, to have at your convenience.Comfy bed.warm.Modern facilities.Good parking. We arrived a little early but received a very warm greeting and a lovely smile. We were given valuable Information about the area which made our trip more worthwhile. Thoroughly well organised room and access so completely hassle free. Nice touches regarding snacks and breakfast. A real bargain at the price. The room was immaculately clean, everything you needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and there was plently to eat for breakfast. We got a room upgrade and the en-suite was very good. Also the continental breakfast left for us in our room was more than adequate. To be simple . I enjoyed the concept and the way it was executed. I met one of the owners and she could not have been more helpful. A great selection of food for breakfast and snacks. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. Lovely clean shower cubicle. Great value, very clean and tidy, great facilities (fridge, kettle, toaster, milk, bread, biscuits, cereal, yoghurt etc etc). Êxceptionally clean ,comfortable and tastefully decorated room! Lovely variety and generous continental breakfast in room . Clean, beautiful! Great staff! One of the nicest place I have ever stayed in my life! Short walk from the town centre. Nice modern furnishings, continental breakfast supplies in room, easy walk to dinner options and town. Easy access to the local shops pubs & the regent theatre would stop there again. Everything was to a very high standard. Immaculately clean. Room very comfortable and clean, owner friendly and helpful. All very pleasant and comfortable. This place was gorgeous! Loved it. Everything, nothing to dislike. Close to Town Centre. Well appointed rooms. Everything. nothing. nothing!. Nothing. Nothing. There was no telephone I could use or enable anyone to phone me as I did not have a mobile phone. Small things - too much light through the curtains, shower draining very slowly so filled up over time (easy fixed). Did not enjoy parking on noisy street !. nothing. The only thing I would do is move it closer to the train station :-). Do it yourself breakfast in bedroom. Nothing.
