Although in a hectic moment, Mrs Connely welcomed me with a warm smile a looked after me as a valued guest.
Terrific location, just on the road for Loch Ness and the West Coast, but the house is so well insulated that you can hardly hear any traffic noise.
Spotless clean and with a great selection of breakfast, this B&B is a treat after a hard day, either for work of holiday.
I felt extremely welcome the moment I stepped through the door. My room warm, cosy and comfortable. Gorgeous toiletries provided, too. Breakfast was delicious with the kind of choice you'd expect in a top hotel. And positioned in easy walking distanceinto Inverness, mostly along the riverside path.

The host is friendly and the house is pretty clean and comfortable, good selection of breakfast.
The location is not in the city center but it's a 10mins walk to the city, quiet neighborhood.
Friendly, comfortable and clean, everything was done to a very high standard. Could not fault this lovely guest house...... they also provided gluten free food. Would highly recommend.

I came in on the sleeper from London got to Inverness at 9 am and was able to leave bag at the kemps and it was placed in my room when I got back plus really nice breakfast.
Excellent Guest House, warm welcome lovely room breakfast spot on could not fault anything. Highly recommended 11/10 I will be back.

The location is reasonably good for a sightseeing in Inverness; own parking is an advantage; small, nice hotel;.

To be pickle the bed was just on the too firm for me and the wardrobe could have more trouser hangers. These are very minor comments.
