  Very good city view, clean, good facilities. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Although the location is not in city centre, there is a train station outside of the apartment. Thus, the transportation is really convenience, the daily travel ticket only costs £8, includes unlimited train, tube and bus! We had an amazing time and Didnt want to leave. Can't wait to go back!

  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

  The breakfast was excellent and the room with the tv service was also good. The room was nice and warm with a good radiator and the water was hot. I did like that I could make my own coffee and tea inside the hotel room. Also loved that there was a fridge to put my food and drinks inside to keep it cool. - friendly staff
