A lovely hotel in a great spot for exploring the islands. Rooms as all areas clean comfortable and tastefully decorated. Restaurant of a high standard. Lovely views across harbour from lounge and terrace. A great place to stay as long as you don't go to bed to early.
We could not fault the Hotel at all, from the very welcoming, friendly staff, the excellent food, both at breakfast and dinner, and the comfort and cleanliness of the bedroom. We would especially like to mention Caroline, who went out of her way to help us.kaikki arvostelut »
Manager and receptionists were always cheerful, smiling and very
helpful. Phoned to let me know they found my grandson's mobile and
are posting it.
The ground floor room for a disabled person was exceptionally
comfortable and pleasant.
Room was not spacious but comfortable. Food very good value. Service excellent Big Neal was a scream & Little Neal very helpful. Views from Hotel windows lovely.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and the food in the hotel was first class - they have a great chef.
Charming staff; I'd single out Neil as super-efficient. We enjoyed dining outdoors on the terrace overlooking Hughtown harbour.
The whole experience was outstanding! The hotels own restuarant was devine and fantastic value.staff were brilliant!.
Close proximity to small shops and quay
En suite room with harbour view.
view of the bay, location in town, good staff, nice cooked breakfast.
Brilliant location with restaurant with harbour view.
Location, friendly staff.
Front window of room 15 looks straight out onto terrace which some people may find a problem regarding privacy and noisy in high summer. Side window has noisy flue from kitchen outside and noise from Inn next door. Not a great problem if you keep the windows closed.
That our stay with you was so short.
The family room used for a parent and 2 children was not suitable at
all, it was too cramped and hardly any room to move.
Balcony outside bedroom window could mean you loose a bit of peace & quiet.
Our room (no.16) was very comfortable but somewhat noisy as we think it was over the kitchen area which resulted in a lot of clattering and banging early morning and late evening!.
Bang! There's another bedroom fire door closing.
Unable to open window as room immediately above terrace of inn where people smoke and there is understandably a lot of noise. Smoke pervades room.
room and hallways weren't too big, but nothing problematic.
Ensuite had bath with shower over but with sloping roof so sit down shower only.
Hotel and staff were fantastic, but letsbookhotel.com hadn't sent my booking details, so almost had to find a different hotel!.
