The apartment was very well equipped, clean and felt luxurious. In a lovely part of Harrogate. Lots of places to eat & shop. Excellent secure parking. Question 1 not apply because there was no staff in the building x. Location, well equipped, parking was free, comfortable and clean. Very modern spacious and light. Our stay was at the end of a 2 week holiday so being on the top floor with children and all the bags that accompany them was difficult. It took several trips to get all our belongings up the stairs. The front door was very tempremental and didn't always want to open! The ensuite was in the twin room.
