Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious! The best part of the stay was the wonderful restaurant Peels. The food was wonderful , the service excellent, all presided over by James Hill - whose vision was not one of short term profit but long term success. The general good nature of all the staff seemed to mirror his vision.

The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was
lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party
staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much
better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I
was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such
great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer
service I've had in ages! :-)

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.
The room we had booked was a twin room and was not at all cramped.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent.

Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park -
The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent

Church Farm is the ideal place to stay if you like a rural setting on the doorstep of the NEC. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand. The owners are friendly and welcoming but leave you to enjoy complete independence. Perfect for our stay. The horses in the courtyard we stayed in made us feel very at home.

The owners are really kind and helpful. They even offer to pick you and even take you to the airport, train station and even the NEC. Enjoyed our stay there had a delicious breakfast and were even offered a packed lunch to take with us for our return flight. It's a homely environment with clean rooms. Suggest the place to whoever wish to stay in a quiet yet homely envirinment :)
