Great location, helpful staff, warm and inviting environment in an excellent location. Building is old with character, but well maintained and appointed.
Friendly staff, willing to help with nice sense of humour.
Rooms very comfortable, easy parking.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was equipped with the essentials.

Easy to find, very homely with really comfortable beds.
Price just a little high, but you pay for the location I suppose. Rooms could be doing with some modernization, though having said that it is in good condition if a little out-dated.
Lounge lighting bit dim.
The room was mostly clean but needs updating. The carpet felt damp like it had been cleaned but not dried. The bedroom view was non existent and I wouldn't like to stay in the winter as heating was one small storage heater. Generally the room and air felt damp.
A bit tatty
Kettle was dirty and bathroom fitments stained.
Plug holes in bathroom sink was full of hair. Breakfast was rushed as if we were holding them up even though we were not late arriving down for breakfast.
