  Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. My sister and I relaxed in the bar at least an hour prior to lunch and wanted a packet of crisps, following our journey to Glasgow but nothing was available. - The hotel was fabulous with very friendly staff, the... mitä ihmiset sanovat » room had a great view, was warm and comfortable and the location was brilliant, close to great restaurants, shops, transport.   hyvä sijainti,rauhallinen - When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect.   The room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by the decor and layout of the room. The leisure facilities were a welcome bonus that one often does not get in a city centre hotel. The food in the bar was of a high standard and reasonably priced.
