We were very satisfied with this accomodation, good location, shops and restaurants were very close and we could park our car without problems. We can recommend Tesco for buying food, which is about 200metres far from the house. In the area of the port you can buy fresh fish at the fishmonger´s. Riccardo was very nice with all his instructions,in the apartment we found even many leaflets and other materials where to go and what to see.

travelled weekend of the 23rd March, 2013. Weather verrry cold. The apartment was very cosy and warm spotlessly clean, ideal location very close to shops, restaurants, parking no problem. Approx 10 mins drive to Edinburgh City. Bus stop outside door.Leith offers several top quality restaurants. Royal Brittanica Yacht, and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Plenty to see and do, would return.
A fabulous little apartment a little outside the actual centre of Edinburgh, immaculate, with an excellent multi-level design, very well equipped kitchen, parquet floors. Easy parking on the street. Snatching it at the last minute, we got an exceptionally good price as well - truly a splendid find.
,Appartement was on the first floor, only some steps to the bedrooms and kitchen. It was cosy and warm.
Many places around for free internet. Nice Area. Bus stop in front of the Appartement. The Keybox perfekt. Parkingspaces to find near by.
Great location and easy access to city centre as bus stop right outside flat. Had a home from home feel and the owner was very accommodating and made you feel very welcome. Would definitely stay agin. Great value for money- 4 adults stayed.
We liked the style of the decor and furnishings. The layout of the apartment and its location in the town was convenient to bus routes to city centre. Some very nice cafes and eateries adjacent.

Very good location in Leith, near to bars and restaurants and public transport. Modern decor, good entertainment systems.
The shower bath had black mildew in the corners.
Was worried that Lounge area of accommodation fronted onto main street, as the property appeared to originally be a shop, but caused no problem. Safe, Quiet, location, and we enjoyed our stay.

Its a suggestion; For 4 People I think the kitchen needs a bigger table. Also a bigger sofa.
We thought free Internet is in the flat rate, but wasn't .
The Appartements House Number was not so easy to find.
The Beds and florboards are very noisy.
Looking a little tired in terms of decor, and only one shower which was in the en-suit of one of the bedrooms and smelt a little damp the whole time we were there as the extractor could do with replacing. Still good value for money though.

The living room opens straight out onto a road and there is therefore quite a bit of road noise - although the bedrooms are quiet. Could definitely have been cleaner - one of the bedrooms had long black hair all over the carpet, which was quite offputting.
