The room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was substantial and delicious. The location was excellent for all our needs.
Everything is just perfect, totally worth the money. The room was really tidy and spacious. Very caring and soft-spoken host!.
The location opposite the zoo and on the bus route into the city was great.

The ZOO is a great point to find the hostel.

We had a room at the back, which though quiet was a little small. That said we only used it to sleep etc., so it was never really a problem.

It was a bit cold in the room.
Weak wifi signal in the room so I had to go to the livingroom.
A coat hook on the back of the door would be useful. Noisy in the morning as it's next to the kitchen - preparation started about 7am so no long lie here!.
kettle not clean and no proper power point
milk for coffee has expired.
