Very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. Room decor was good and it was very clean. Restaurant had very pleasant ambience - the meal was excellent and very good value. The staff were absolutely lovely, so genuinely caring and there to help with a smile. Not that we needed any help or extra service but you felt that nothing would be too much or a problem, the service really was impeccable. The hotel was immaculate. Location couldn't be better for all the sights of Durham. Breakfast is huge and high quality. The rooms are simple but as you need, Premier Inn really have got the balance of one's needs down to a T. Excellent.

This was the first time we stayed at a Premier Inn. It was clean and friendly, staff friendly, wifi perfect, nice restaurant next door for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely stay at this chain again as it seems to be a good value with no hassle.
