  We were very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff, especially Donna the manageress who was extremely helpful all the time. We liked the cleanliness and the fact that the towels and drink making facilities were renewed every day. We enjoyed the entertainment as do the residents of Grandes Rocques who use the Wayside cheer as their local... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . If we go back to Guernsey this will definitely be our first choice to stay. - To be honest there was nothing we didn't like.We loved our room (27).The beds were very comfortable,the bedding and towels clean and fresh.David,Carla,Alex and Philippa were superb and looked after us really well and we let them know this.Thanks too to the kitchen staff whose meals we enjoyed each evening.We also enjoyed the entertainment whilst we were there.   Had a great 5 night stay. Great location in the countryside on an easy to use bus route. No need to rent a car. Short walk to the coast through beautiful lanes. Good food, great service, fun folk music in pub. Would stay here again if we come back to Guernsey. - Nice location, not too far from the sea.   The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.
