  The food was very good and the restaurant staff extremely personable I stay in hotels frequently and I can honestly say that your staff were without exception the most polite, helpful and cheerful that I have come across.   This was my third stay at the Varsity and I can't wait to go back. The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.   Everything was 100% perfect for my stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful to my needs and requirements, the room was beautiful and very well equipped and the hotel in general was kept to an extremely high standard. The contemporary decor with the old style of the building worked extremely well and the room and facilities were excellent. We will definatley be staying again and will recommend the hotel to friends.
