Located in the south of Cambridge, The Rathmore is situated less than a mile from Cambridge Rail Station and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Rooms at the Rathmore are decorated using pastel colours and furnished with warm wooden fittings. They are all equipped with a cable TV and some come with an en suite bathroom. The property features a large modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and guests can take advantage of the pool tables and dart boards in the on-site pub. There are also additional shared bathrooms available. Cambridge city centre is only a mile and a half away and the property is opposite Cambridge Leisure, an area including a cinema, ten-pin bowling and various restaurants. The picturesque Botanical Gardens are just a 10-minute walk away.

This is a very clean but basic place to stay, however, it’s added bonus is that warmth and welcome that you only get with smiling Irish eyes. Join in with the very generous help yourself breakfast kitchen with the other guests and you will have the time of your life, and must pop down stairs for a drink with the friendly locals and staff. Excellent location for access to the city centre Excellent value for money given the length of time we actually used the hotel for (a base and a few hours sleep!) Friendly staff Handy having a pub downstairs.
