Just 2 minutes’ walk from Caernarfon Castle, the elegant Victoria House dates back to the 1890s and offers bed and breakfast in the heart of the medieval town of Caernarfon, in North Wales. Its en suite rooms exhibit classic Victorian style and provide free Wi-Fi access. Each guest room includes a flat-screen TV with DVD player, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The en suite bathrooms have a shower, with a luxury spa bath in the superior rooms, and all include bathrobes, slippers and complementary toiletries. A full cooked breakfast is served at Victoria House, with your choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, baked beans, tomato and fried bread. A continental buffet choice includes croissants, pancakes, toast, muesli, yoghurt and cereals, along with fruit juice, tea and coffee. The guest house is within easy reach of the harbour and town, with many pubs and restaurants within 5-10 minutes’ walk. It is around 15 minutes’ drive to the Menai Bridge which crosses to the beautiful isle of Anglesey.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the room was great, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was also very complete and very good service. Would definitely recommend it and come back if I had the chance. EVERYTHING. Jan was absolutely amazing. The room was impeccable and as well equipped as most 5 star hotels. Breakfast was always tasty, and there was always complimentary wine and beer to enjoy. Fantastic accommodation.
