  The room was really comfortable, the bed was the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel and the room was so well organised, location of television etc that we had everything we wanted. The food in the restaurant was very enjoyable and well presented. - Room overlooking cricket ground and the spacious room and wide bed.   Lovely location although a bit difficult to find as the road is unknown to SatNav. However, once there it is only five minutes drive from Buxton and conveniently placed to a busy shopping centre and also to a number of very beautiful routes. Would recommend visiting the nearby underground caverns, as well as some nice scenic hikes. There is a very child friendly farm on the estate so little kids wou - We loved the warm greeting by friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous with a large selection of hot drinks to choose from. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. Everything was very well kept and clean. The lounge had a bar, snooker table, games and cards for children and adults, plenty of choice of magazines and information on the local area plus comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax and enjoy the lovely view from the large window.
