Mitä ihmiset sanovat
The location was perfect for us. A large car park meant we could park at any time, even when the pub was busy. The rooms were at ground level and accessed without having to go through the pub so we could come and go as we pleased, even after closing time.
I liked the fact that the rooms were all ground level and that the
ensuite was actually a room. The rooms open out on to a very pleasant
grassed area. The towels were a good size.. The breakfast room was
spacious and airy and the breakfast was good.kaikki arvostelut »
The staff were very friendly. Especially the young man behind the bar (didn't catch his name) treated people with respect. The room was clean and very comfortable. The Courtyard was a lovely feature.

attentive staff, well-cooked breakfast, character of building, style of bedroom décor, plenty of parking, choice on menu, nice garden, easy access to New Forest.
location for the new forest was good, the recently landscaped garden was very nice, room well appointed for short stay. Breakfast was good and cooked to order.
We had stayed here before so knew what to expect ., . Brokenhurst is a good place to stay as a centre to tour the New Forest.Overall good value for money .

Staff were really helpful, we asked for an early breakfast and they made sure they were organised specially for us.
Lovely setting
Easy to find
Reasonably priced restaurant with good menu and excellent service
FANTASTIC breakfast.
Helpful & lovely staffs
Nice breakfast.. Just right for a night stay.
The hotel is well located in Brockenhurst with an adequate breakfast.
Location and convenient car-parking, very efficient bar staff.
Location
Comfy bed
Breakfast good.
The sheets were super soft.
convenient, quite pleasant.
Location character.
quiet and clean.
Decor style.
The restuarant was good and service excellent.Evening meal very good value for money.Breakfast was of a high standard and waitress service superb.
No much! The room was a bit small and there wasn't a lot of space for a woman who brings her whole wardrobe with her for a weekend break!
The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work (room 7) so there was a lot of condensation after two people had showered.
I did not like the fact that when we arrived, having told letsbookhotel.com
what time we would arrive, I only just managed to get in as the manager
had locked the door and was about to go home. I had to knock. He had not
had a call from letsbookhotel.com and was not expecting us and had to then
rush to have the room ready. E.g putting in refreshments etc.
Can't really fault it, maybe the food and drink was a little overpriced. My partner had fish and the batter was very thick which he couldn't really eat. A glass of wine cost what I pay for a bottle at home!.
There was no light to the rear gate way from the carpark.
n/a.
nothing.
fairly expensive,.
Nothing really, though be warned the car park is used as a short cut by college students... Not an ideal.
Nothing to add.
The breakfast was miserly, Not a great selection of fruit and it was of poor quality. Cooked breakfast was small.
Two of the windows in the family room were unable to be opened. One had the sash cords broken, the other was dangerous with the glass coming away from the frame. I complained about this and an apology was offered and was given £50 off the room rate.
if it had been possible to find another hotel for the second night I would have moved my family out.
Method of ordering food (give table number first - where was it?); would prefer a single waiter so one knew who to tip; room smelly and needed airing (had been smoked in?); tip space on credit card paper - leave it to the customer with cash to avoid guilt trip; poor cereal selection at breakfast; no honey!.
Wi-fi only available in Bar & Restaurant. But this could have been due to bedroom location in building.
A little mean with cooked breakfast. Could have been more on the plate.
Nothing.
very quiet in the town in the evening.
not having more time.
nothing.
Although the room had very clean linen it did have very dusty radiators.
didnt like the first room too small for 2 adults and a dog, but were then satisfied with the change. Not keen on the herb sausages for breakfast the taste took over the whole meal.
Meal was abit expensive for what you got but cooked well.
There is nothing not to like!.
rooms were a bit dated but were very clean.
We Arrived at 11pm after a day in London and left after breakfast
nothing to dislike.
Some minor attention needed to sticking doors.
Missed our bath safety rail.
Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable.
Small room. Having said that we did get a reduction booking through
bookings.com.
Slightly over-priced. Can be a little noisy in the evenings as some rooms back straight on to the pub garden.
Our room was very dark and needed refurbishing.
Shower in room not to good, low pressure and slow to drain.
Very thin walls to bedroom - could hear every word from next door!
Reception was not ever-so friendly.
Small, dark rooms. Breakfast Ok but dinner very ordinary for the price.
Bathroom very basic
Choices not available on evening menu
Room quite cold.
The member of staff that checks is in wasn't friendly!.
breakfast was not served until 8am - far too late if you need to be out for a 9am business meeting.
Room and bed very small.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic - random food arriving
Also would be an idea not to have people carrying buckets of bleach through areas where food being consumed.
Door on our room: It didn't look very secure & needed treating cos it looked like it would start to rot soon if it wasn't already.
The room was tired, dark and in need of a complete facelift. The bathroom lacked any toiletries apart from a soap dispensor! The bath did not have a rubber shower mat-very dangerous! The bathroom floor was dirty with debris from previous occupants around the corners of the floor.Very poor presentation in this bathroom.
