It was very welcoming, Warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and answered my queries. There was also a bath. It is quite rare to have baths in hotels room now so this was lovely to have after such a long drive there. - spacious room and en suite, pleasant surroundings

Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. After a flight back from holidays to Bristol airport in the middle of the night it was a great relief for a comfy sleep for a few hours staff were helpful in obtaining details of local attractions and my daughter left her soft toy in the room and was very disapointed staff located the item and returned it by post which made my daughter very happy.

The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo.
Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station.
Food in the Thyme restaurant was very nice and
