  Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

  Apart from the spectacular location, I found my room (overlooking the Gorge) to be spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable with a surprisingly fast shower head in the bathroom! The staff in the restaurant/bar are to be highly commended - nothing was too much trouble and they coped with high traffic very effeciently and professionally.   The rooms were really nicely decorated and really clean. I did not really see any of the staff as I was out for most of the day but the room was cleaned and the tea and coffee "topped up". The fact it is self catering enabled me to save a fortune on eating out, the kitchen was well stocked with clean appliances and all the utensils/crockery/cutler... mitä ihmiset sanovat » y you would need. My room also had a fridge in it which was great if you wanted to keep your food seperate from the main kitchen. Would highly recomme - we had been held up in traffic coming away from the ballon festival Fiaz was very kind and ensured what ever the time of arrival we would be welcomed, Fiaz had left the lights on for us and ensured the property was opened so that we didnt have to worry about waking anybody else at 1am. Very thoughtful and understanding owners we would defiantly stay again and highly reccomend to our friends and family
