The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.

Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Very good restaurant- lovely breakfast. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location to tube station and shops.

The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking
distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are
friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance.
Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until
10am the next day for free.
